The company provides IT services and consulting. The role supports a project in retail banking focused on personal and savings accounts, deposits, and cards.

• Analyze and agree on business and system requirements and processes;
• Plan, conduct, and document meetings and analytical workshops;
• Prepare and approve business and system requirements specifications;
• Conduct feasibility studies for submitted requirements and changes;
• Define quality and acceptance criteria for changes, including developing test scenarios;
• Estimate the complexity of requirements, including financial costs and deadlines;
• Develop and update user manuals.

• At least 5 years of experience in a business and system analysis role;
• Experience in the banking or financial sector, preferably in retail banking;
• Ability to analyze the effectiveness of completed tasks and formulate conclusions and recommendations for further actions;
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, UML, BPMN, and SQL;
• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies;
• Fluent in Polish;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of processes in the retail client area (personal/savings accounts, deposits, cards).
