• Support the Project Manager in delivering the project plan on time and on budget, following project methodologies;
• Communicate plans, status, risks, and issues to stakeholders precisely and on time;
• Assist with preparing and executing business testing for project deliverables;
• Identify dependencies and blockers impacting the planned scope;
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications;
• Prepare estimations together with the Development Team;
• Elicit and validate Product requirements and translate them into Product Backlog items and tasks;
• Track, report, and resolve requirements issues;
• Provide traceability of requirements and change requests and track their delivery by the project team;
• Monitor the completeness and quality of business requirements;
• Create detailed business analysis outcomes outlining problems and opportunities for business stakeholders;
• Create product documentation required for maintenance and support;
• Work with multiple stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define business processes and requirements;
• Seek improvements and excellence.

• Fluent English;
• At least 5 years of experience in software development as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or in a similar role;
• Experience with IAM systems, preferably One Identity;
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and proven end-to-end software project delivery experience;
• Ability to discuss and propose solutions to technical aspects of software delivery;
• Experience preparing estimations with the Development Team;
• Knowledge of or practical experience with Scrum methodology;
• Experience exploring and managing requirements in large corporate projects;
• Analytical thinking and a problem-solving approach for dealing with ambiguity;
• Proactive approach and comfort working with senior decision makers;
• Team-oriented approach and ability to collaborate professionally with team members and stakeholders;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills combined with stakeholder management skills;
• Practical experience with team collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps and Confluence;
• Nice to have: knowledge of German, ITIL certification or willingness to pursue one.
