• Design the technical architecture for a single tariff master system;
• Own the Cashback and Tariffs Service stream end-to-end from discovery to release;
• Coordinate dependencies between the Cashback and Tariffs Service and the credit card, deposit, and premium banking teams;
• Collaborate daily with development, QA, and the team lead across the full delivery cycle;
• Migrate existing tariffs into the master system;
• Design the subscription entity;
• Own end-to-end systems analysis from requirements gathering through release;
• Define functional and non-functional requirements, API contracts, and integration specifications;
• Design core tariff master system entities, including subscription modeling and tariff assignment to customers;
• Maintain documentation in Confluence;
• Hold the team to DOR/DOD standards;
• Communicate status transparently and surface risks and delays early.

• Experience as a systems or business analyst in fintech or banking product teams;
• Strong systems thinking and comfort with ambiguity;
• Ability to design solutions independently rather than only execute specifications;
• Experience designing API contracts and integration specifications;
• Working experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence;
• Ability to own a technical problem end-to-end with high visibility on progress and without close direction.
