• Gather, analyze, formalize, and validate project requirements;
• Interact with business units, IT departments, and external and internal partners;
• Analyze and model business processes;
• Describe AS-IS and TO-BE business processes using BPMN notation;
• Describe user scenarios and use cases;
• Define acceptance criteria;
• Create sequence diagrams during solution design using UML;
• Write technical documentation, including technical specifications, effort estimates, and implementation timelines;
• Describe integrations between systems, including APIs, data, and events;
• Maintain and update documentation for enhanced systems and the knowledge base;
• Create and assign tasks to developers;
• Provide analytical and organizational support throughout the product lifecycle;
• Participate in product backlog management.

• 3+ Years of experience in system analysis;
• Ability to prepare technical documentation, including technical specifications and integration interaction descriptions;
• Knowledge of Use Case, User Story, BPMN, UML, and ERD techniques;
• SQL skills, including multi-table queries with aggregation, sorting, joins, aggregate functions, and indexing;
• Understanding of data normalization principles;
• Understanding of REST and JSON;
• Understanding of SOAP integrations and XML;
• Understanding of API tools such as Swagger and Postman;
• Understanding of and experience with message queues such as RabbitMQ and Kafka;
• Experience with Jira and Confluence;
• Experience with client-server applications and knowledge of microservices architecture;
• Strong information management skills, including searching, processing, structuring, visualization, validation, and presenting results;
• Strong communication skills for gathering requirements, building processes, and creating documentation;
• English at Intermediate+ level or higher;
• Nice to have: Swagger and Curl experience.
