• Identify product and business needs;
• Develop and maintain technical documentation;
• Analyze product use cases and tasks;
• Perform system analysis during the development of new APIs and services;
• Create business process descriptions in BPMN;
• Define and maintain the project and task backlog;
• Participate in project communications with clients, including integration activities;
• Communicate with banking IT and business departments.

• 2+ Years of experience as a System Analyst;
• Experience in banking or fintech and understanding of off-the-shelf solution implementation;
• Understanding of HTTP, REST, and SOAP integration principles;
• Ability to work with XML, JSON, UML, BPMN, DBMS, Postman, and Swagger;
• Basic skills with Oracle and PostgreSQL;
• Ability to collaborate with business units and translate requirements into technical specifications;
• Knowledge of UML, BPMN, Agile, and Scrum methodologies;
• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ message queues;
• English at Intermediate+ level or above.
