System Analyst

The bank develops an internal data catalog and tools for metadata management, data quality management, and data contract control.

• Collect, analyze, and decompose requirements;
• Design solutions and document implemented functionality;
• Model processes in BPMN;
• Create UML Activity and Sequence diagrams;
• Design ER models;
• Design and analyze REST/SOAP integrations;
• Work with SQL and data models;
• Conduct technical interviews and onboard analysts.

• At least 3 years of experience as a system/business analyst in banking or fintech;
• Product development experience;
• Experience collecting and analyzing requirements and designing solutions;
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML (Activity, Sequence);
• Experience with ER modeling;
• Experience with REST API and Postman or analogues;
• Experience with SOAP and SOAP UI or analogues;
• Ability to read XSD schemas;
• Intermediate SQL skills;
• Understanding of relational and non-relational databases;
• Understanding of identification, authentication and authorization, encryption and hashing.
