Must be based in Ukraine and available to cover a significant part of the US Central Time business day into late afternoon CST.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
- Support sprint backlog refinement within an Agile/Scrum team;
- Verify that delivered features match SOW deliverables and documented acceptance criteria;
- Act as the communication bridge between technical and business stakeholders.
требования
- Proven experience working as a business systems analyst;
- Strong track record documenting technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows and the product backlog lifecycle;
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal;
- Based in Ukraine with availability to cover a significant part of the US Central Time business day into the late afternoon CST.
