System Analyst

• Analyze business scenarios and product requirements and communicate with international partners and customers;
• Design new features and create functional specifications;
• Evaluate backward compatibility of product changes and align requirements with stakeholders;
• Drive end-to-end feature implementation;
• Break down requirements into development tasks and coordinate implementation details;
• Collaborate with external providers including payment processors and service providers;
• Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and technical writers;
• Validate implemented features against specifications and perform acceptance testing;
• Develop test plans and test scenarios including edge cases such as data migration, invalid data, and high load;
• Support maintenance activities including handling support requests and verifying bug fixes.

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
• Have 5+ years of experience in system analysis and writing functional specifications;
• Have 3+ years of experience in payment processing and third-party integrations;
• Write functional documentation strongly in English;
• Work closely with developers and business users;
• Perform acceptance testing and create test scenarios;
• Possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Structure and communicate complex information clearly;
• Demonstrate strong prioritization skills and a results-oriented mindset;
• Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: Experience in project management, Experience with ERP system implementation or support.
