The company provides software development services and specializes in delivering core banking solutions for financial institutions.

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for core banking and related systems;
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation;
• Analyze banking processes, products, and customer journeys to identify improvement opportunities and propose effective solutions;
• Define and document integrations between core banking systems, payment platforms, external services, and internal banking applications;
• Create and maintain process flows, system diagrams, data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, and BPMN models;
• Collaborate with business users, product owners, developers, QA teams, operations teams, and external vendors;
• Support API and interface design by documenting data flows, message formats, and integration requirements;
• Perform impact analysis for new initiatives, enhancements, and regulatory changes;
• Assist development and QA teams in clarifying requirements and validating delivered solutions;
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives;
• Ensure solution designs align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and banking best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Technology, or a related field;
• 5+ Years of experience as a System Analyst;
• Experience working with core banking systems or banking back-office platforms;
• Strong understanding of banking products, customer accounts, payments, transactions, limits, fees, and balances;
• Experience analyzing and documenting business and technical requirements for banking systems;
• Ability to describe integrations between core banking, payment systems, external services, and internal bank platforms;
• Experience preparing functional specifications, technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and integration documentation;
• Understanding of databases and ability to read/write SQL queries;
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, message queues, and data exchange formats;
• Experience with BPMN, UML, sequence diagrams, data flow diagrams, or similar notation;
• Experience working with development, QA, product, operations, and business teams;
• Experience in Agile / Scrum teams;
• Russian language proficiency: C1;
• English language proficiency: B2 or higher;
• Nice to have: Experience with Oracle Database, PL/SQL, Kafka or RabbitMQ, understanding of payment processing, card systems, AML/KYC, reporting, or regulatory requirements, experience with Jira, Confluence, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI.
