Tietoevry Create operates in the telecommunications R&D sector, focusing on delivering feature specifications and algorithms for 5G technology. The organization utilizes machine learning and AI solutions while collaborating across international teams in Poland, Sweden, and China.

• Drive and contribute to systems studies in 5G in Radio Resource Management and the Radio Physical Layer;
• Work collaboratively on new features, simulations and improvements with cross-functional development teams;
• Develop software simulations for the performance analysis of 5G features and algorithms, both link-level and network-level simulations;
• Contribute to advances in 5G Standards;
• Contribute to Innovation and IPR, including filing invention disclosures and patents;
• Support the deployment of new 5G products and features into customer networks;
• Analyze customer configurations and issues.

• Strong background in communications theory and digital signal processing;
• Good knowledge of 5G specifications, especially in the areas of the L2, Digital Signal Processing, and Radio Resource Management;
• Experience in creating simulations in L2;
• Analytical mindset, high capacity, result oriented and ability to deliver under pressure;
• Excellent English skills, both verbal and written;
• Nice to have: Professional experience in a similar position in telecommunication area, Hands-on experience with programming languages like C, C++, Java, Experience in analysis of simulations.
