The Payment Gate team develops and maintains payment services and complex systems that process financial transactions in real-time.

• Analyze and document business requirements, system specifications, and workflows;
• Design and configure system solutions on the Payment Gate platform;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, integrations, and customizations;
• Identify system improvements and optimize workflows;
• Develop and maintain detailed system documentation, including functional specifications, data models, integration plans, sequence and BPMN diagrams;
• Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and assist in resolving system-related problems;
• Support developers during the development and deployment of system solutions;
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to end users;
• Ensure system stability and performance by identifying issues and recommending solutions;
• Stay up-to-date with new features and best practices within the Payments platform;
• Design, implement, and maintain system integrations between Payment Gate and other enterprise applications;
• Analyze integration requirements, define data flows, and manage data mapping.

• 3+ Years of experience as a System Analyst or a similar role;
• Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, and business process management;
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between systems;
• Proficiency in BPMN notation for business process modeling and process optimization;
• Ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation, including system specifications, data models, integration plans, sequence and BPMN diagrams, and technical workflows;
• Experience with data mapping, API integrations, and integration testing;
• Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and resolving integration and system issues;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
