• Perform system analysis in projects for the insurance industry;
• Model systems using business and system process diagrams;
• Verify business needs regarding their implementation feasibility;
• Develop recommendations for technical solution concepts;
• Support the development team during design, construction, and implementation phases;
• Collaborate with the QA team on preparing test scenarios;
• Verify implemented changes for compliance with business and technical requirements;
• Conduct analytical workshops with stakeholders and development teams;
• Create and update analytical documentation;
• Optimize business processes.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a system or IT analyst;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial industry, specifically in the insurance sector;
• Experience in user requirements analysis, system development, and implementing new functionalities;
• Experience in designing REST API integration solutions;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both IT teams and business users;
• Proficiency in SQL query creation;
• Proficiency in BPMN and UML modeling;
• English language proficiency at a minimum B1 level;
• Independence and initiative;
• Nice to have: Higher technical education, experience in Scrum methodology, knowledge of Jira and Confluence, knowledge of relational databases.
