• Translate customer visions into tangible digital solutions;
• Analyze existing business processes and develop innovative, efficient, and customer-centric approaches;
• Optimize system quality and drive continuous development;
• Orchestrate development processes using modern methods;
• Create future-oriented ideas to improve platform stability and competitiveness.

• Fluency in written and spoken English;
• 1-2 Years of experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, or system analysis in complex IT environments;
• Experience working in agile product teams;
• Confidence using tools such as Jira and Confluence for documentation and collaboration;
• Knowledge of requirements modeling (e.g., UML, BPMN) and process analysis;
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and collaborate across teams and time zones;
• Willingness to travel occasionally for workshops or team meetings;
• Nice to have: German language knowledge (B1/B2), IREB certification.
