• Analyze and document business requirements, system specifications, and workflows;
• Design and configure system solutions on the Creatio platform;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, integrations, and customizations;
• Model business processes using BPMN notation;
• Identify system improvements and optimize workflows within the Creatio platform;
• Develop and maintain detailed system documentation, including functional specifications, data models, integration plans, and BPMN diagrams;
• Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and assist in resolving system-related problems;
• Work with developers to support the development and deployment of system solutions;
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to end users;
• Design, implement, and maintain system integrations between Creatio and other enterprise applications;
• Analyze integration requirements, define data flows, and manage data mapping.

• 3+ Years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role;
• Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, and business process management;
• Proficiency in BPMN notation for business process modeling and process optimization;
• Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between systems;
• Experience with data mapping, API integrations, and integration testing;
• Ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation;
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills;
• Nice to have: Hands-on experience with the Creatio platform or other low-code/no-code platforms.
