• Work closely with developers and DWH engineers on event tracking, data logging, and data architecture;
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and developers to provide data-driven recommendations for product development;
• Develop new metrics and improve existing ones;
• Conduct market and competitive research, analyze similar products, and solve open-ended problems with a high degree of uncertainty;
• Build data marts using Trino and ClickHouse and create clear, actionable analytical reports in Redash;
• Run A/B tests using Trisigma after product launches and validate product hypotheses with data.

• Strong SQL skills with Trino and ClickHouse;
• Proficiency with Python analytics libraries, including pandas, matplotlib, and seaborn;
• Solid understanding of statistical hypothesis testing and A/B testing;
• Familiarity with core machine learning algorithms and libraries, with the ability to apply them to analytical problems;
• At least 3 years of experience.
