JetBrains creates developer tools that automate routine tasks and improve production efficiency. The company develops TeamCity, a CI/CD platform designed to automate software build, test, and deployment processes, which is currently being modernized to support AI-native development.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and technical experts as an integrated member of the product team;
• Perform ad hoc data analysis to support product decisions and validate feature development assumptions;
• Establish and promote best practices for event logging design, data consistency, and data quality;
• Maintain and develop the product metrics framework to evaluate performance;
• Build and maintain dashboards using BI tools like Metabase or Tableau;
• Evaluate outcomes of product releases and analyze post-launch performance;
• Conduct research analytics to investigate hypotheses and explain metric fluctuations;
• Design and implement ETL pipelines and data models to enable end-to-end analytics coverage.

• Expertise in statistics and data analysis;
• Extensive experience with SQL and Python;
• At least two years of experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools;
• Strong data visualization and interpretation skills;
• Ability to operate independently and manage stakeholder expectations;
• Proactive approach to identifying product improvements and addressing challenges;
• Ability to distill complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations;
• Solid foundation in statistics, including sampling techniques and error understanding;
• Data engineering skills, including experience designing ETLs and data pipelines;
• Nice to have: experience working with developer tools, DevOps products, or CI/CD workflows, background in A/B testing or experiment design, experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate analytics workflows.
