• Work across diverse teams through the full game development lifecycle, from defining goals and metrics through to monitoring and iterating actions based on live outcomes;
• Help set the direction for new features by analyzing data sets representing the behavior of millions of players;
• Model and track data events, debugging and problem-solving to ensure the quality and utility of findings;
• Use SQL and Python to conduct deep-dive analyses, build analytical frameworks, and evaluate the impact of product launches, features, events, and live game changes;
• Apply statistical modeling, causal inference, experimentation, and machine learning techniques to understand the drivers of metric changes;
• Translate complex analytical results into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across product, design, economy, engineering, and leadership teams;
• Present findings to multiple disciplines to demonstrate relevance, support decision-making, and raise the overall insight maturity of teams across the studio.

• Successful track record in an Analyst, Data Scientist, or Business Intelligence related role;
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large and complex datasets;
• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, statistical modeling, automation, and advanced analytical workflows;
• Experience applying statistical modeling, causal inference, experimentation, and/or machine learning methods to complex product or business questions;
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and the ability to choose appropriate analytical methods based on the business question, data structure, and available evidence;
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Compelling presentation skills and the ability to distill complex analyses and technical results into clear recommendations for colleagues at all levels;
• An independent mindset with the ability to work autonomously, apply curiosity and rigor, and proactively identify opportunities for deeper analysis;
• Passion for continuous learning in a highly collaborative environment;
• A love for, or strong desire to work with, video games;
• Nice to have: working knowledge of visualization tools and techniques.
