Bolt operates a global mobility platform used by customers, drivers, and couriers across 50 countries. Its services include ride-hailing, food delivery, scooters, e-bikes, car-sharing, routing, navigation, maps, and live traffic.

• Define metrics and measurement frameworks for navigation quality, adoption, route quality, ETA accuracy, traffic, driver behaviour, and the end-to-end journey;
• Analyze large-scale GPS, routing, search, map, and behavioural data to identify real-world product improvement opportunities;
• Lead product discovery and deep dives, structure ambiguous questions, uncover root causes, size opportunities, and translate findings into product recommendations;
• Design and evaluate experiments with product teams using appropriate statistical or causal methods;
• Build learning loops connecting product behaviour, driver feedback, experiments, and marketplace outcomes;
• Own measurement from discovery through launch and beyond, define success criteria, ensure instrumentation, evaluate results, and identify next iterations;
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to understand users, define success, discover opportunities, design experiments, and inform product decisions.

• Strong experience in Product Analytics, Data Science, or a similar analytical product role;
• Experience ideally gained in a technology or product company;
• Strong product thinking and ability to structure ambiguous problems and determine the evidence needed for decisions;
• Outstanding SQL skills;
• Profound Python or R experience;
• Ability to lead experimentation, including applied statistics and experiment design and analysis;
• Strong business and product judgement;
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
• Fluent English.
