• Analyze user behavior with internal and external analytics tools and develop structured insights to shape the product roadmap;
• Create dashboards and presentations showing user adoption trends and impact measurements;
• Collaborate with product managers to identify user problems and commercial opportunities through analytics and user interviews;
• Work with software engineering teams to plan database structures for new products and ensure crucial user actions are tracked effectively;
• Define, measure, and monitor KPIs to ensure products drive meaningful business outcomes.

• Have 1+ years of analytical experience with a successful track record;
• Solve problems effectively in data-rich environments using technical skills;
• Take ownership of work autonomously and improve processes and techniques;
• Navigate obstacles with tenacity in ambiguous situations;
• Communicate complex technical analyses clearly to non-technical audiences;
• Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment;
• Maintain an outcome-oriented approach;
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
• Nice to have: SQL proficiency, experience with reporting mediums such as Hex and Tableau, familiarity with Python, R, or VBA / Apps Script.
