• Own and manage product analytics across FullStory, GA4, Firebase and other relevant tools;
• Analyze player sessions, funnels, cohorts, retention and behavioral patterns;
• Identify product issues, player friction and improvement opportunities;
• Monitor key product KPIs across native and online products;
• Collaborate with PMs on KPI definition and measurement frameworks;
• Define and monitor analytics and instrumentation requirements;
• Analyze post-release product performance and feature impact;
• Support A/B testing and experiment evaluation;
• Segment player behavior by market, platform and cohort;
• Collaborate with UX Research to combine quantitative and qualitative insights;
• Proactively identify opportunities and issues;
• Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

• 2–4+ Years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics or a similar role;
• Experience with FullStory, GA4 and Firebase;
• Strong knowledge of funnel, cohort and retention analysis;
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation;
• Strong understanding of product KPIs and player behavior;
• Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations;
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills;
• Nice to have: Gaming, mobile, e-commerce or consumer digital experience.
