• Lead project management for end-to-end prospectus cycles across fund ranges and domiciles;
• Coordinate new fund approvals and discretionary or regulatory-driven fund changes with external legal counsel and regulators;
• Evolve fund documentation processes to improve efficiency as the business expands into new distribution markets;
• Establish consistency and quality across fund offering documents, shareholder notices, and related communications;
• Embed control and oversight processes with legal teams, external counsel, vendors, and other stakeholders;
• Coordinate documentation updates, including prospectuses, internal governance communications, KIID/KID, and regulatory forms;
• Manage regulator comments and coordinate accurate, timely responses across concurrent submissions;
• Help draft client notification content and incorporate required notice periods into master schedules;
• Own relationships with external vendors responsible for fund registration and documentation publication;
• Coordinate internal implementation updates for stakeholders affected by new funds and fund changes;
• Provide fund expertise and act as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders handling client-specific queries;
• Lead or support ad hoc Fund Product projects;
• Review annual fees and prospectuses with investment teams and industry data;
• Review seed capital and share classes to support responsible resource management;
• Support EMT and EET production and dissemination;
• Assist with commercial and fiduciary reviews of the fund range.

• 3+ Years of experience in asset management or a related industry;
• Hands-on experience with legal or regulatory documents and content creation;
• Project management experience;
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to simplify complex information;
• Initiative, accountability, ownership, and sound judgement about when to seek broader input;
• Ability to work as an individual contributor while taking on more responsibility across the fund lifecycle;
