• Support Product Owners, Product Managers and cross-functional teams in defining product initiatives, business requirements and improvement opportunities across customer-facing platforms and internal systems;
• Use analytics and data-driven insights to support product decisions, identify optimization opportunities and measure the impact of product enhancements;
• Analyse key product metrics related to user engagement, adoption, retention, conversion, operational efficiency and overall product performance;
• Work with Product Owners, Product Managers, developers and stakeholders to align priorities, requirements and roadmap execution;
• Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and functional specifications;
• Support backlog management by helping refine, prioritize and document product initiatives, enhancements and technical improvements;
• Collaborate with product, project and delivery teams to ensure product requirements are understood and implemented effectively;
• Create process maps, workflows and business analyses to identify inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for automation and optimization;
• Participate in requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, testing activities and product validation processes;
• Monitor product performance after releases and provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on data and user feedback;
• Build product, business and domain knowledge by learning new technologies, tools and product management practices;
• Support knowledge sharing and internal training initiatives by documenting processes, systems and best practices for stakeholders and team members.
