• Analyze and interpret company KPIs and health metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Recommend ways to optimize and improve company projects
• Identify site improvement opportunities with the Product and Data & Insights teams by analyzing key site indicators
• Monitor competitors and the jobs sector, and share analyses across the company
• Generate ideas for data products with different teams and support their development
• Propose possible solutions for data products
• Manage projects with the teams involved and measure their success
• Create reports to track project progress and address specific or one-off needs

• At least 2 years of experience in eCommerce or an online company
• Experience working with product teams, data scientists, sales, marketing, or other business stakeholders
• Experience defining, implementing, and measuring online products
• Proactive, analytical, and data-driven approach; ability to work in a team and interest in the digital sector
• Strong summarization skills, attention to data quality, and customer, user, and stakeholder orientation
• Ability to interpret data, derive relevant insights, and translate business questions into analytical needs
• Advanced user of analytics tools, including GA4, BigQuery, and Looker Studio
