Medical facilities use its platform to conduct online therapy with patients during hospital stays and after discharge, combining learning technology with medical expertise.

• Translate ambiguous business, product, and operational requests into clear metrics, decision-ready problems, and actionable recommendations;
• Design reusable domain models, semantic logic, data sources, and KPI definitions from scratch;
• Build focused and reliable Tableau data visualisations for business-critical processes and decisions;
• Design and pilot AI-supported workflows using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and n8n;
• Streamline analysis, coding, and QA processes through workflow automation;
• Act as a project-managing bridge between product, sales, and operations teams;
• Challenge stakeholder assumptions constructively;
• Resolve analytical data, source-system, and business-logic issues at their root cause within a regulated health-tech environment.

• 3+ Years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or in a similar analytical role;
• Strong practical SQL proficiency;
• Familiarity with modern data stacks;
• Proven experience designing clear, decision-ready dashboards and metric frameworks;
• Active experience or strong openness to using AI productivity tools to optimise analytical workflows;
• Excellent communication skills for explaining findings, limitations, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences;
• Independent problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity;
• Ability to drive projects to completion and uphold high data quality standards;
• High commitment to protecting personal data, including sensitive health data;
• Nice to have: Snowflake or dbt, Tableau.
