• Support product management throughout the product lifecycle in line with strategic, regulatory and customer requirements;
• Coordinate product launches, changes and enhancements, tracking milestones, actions, risks and deliverables;
• Contribute to product governance activities focused on responsible investing and fund liquidity;
• Assist with fund, thematic and product reviews to assess performance, customer outcomes and enhancement opportunities;
• Develop product and regulatory knowledge to provide technical support on regulation, disclosures and operational requirements;
• Work with operational teams and service providers to implement new products and product changes;
• Analyze industry, competitor and regulatory developments to identify opportunities for product evolution and innovation;
• Build relationships across Product, Investments, Distribution, Risk, Compliance and Operations to support project and initiative delivery.

• Degree-qualified or holding an equivalent qualification;
• Interest in the asset management industry and strong willingness to learn and develop product expertise;
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and with attention to detail;
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret information, think critically and solve problems effectively;
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills;
• Collaborative and inclusive approach, proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement;
• Nice to have: experience in asset management, wealth management, product development or product management, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint, experience with data analysis tools or AI applications.
