• Generate actionable insights from data to support product and business decisions
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests end-to-end, from hypothesis to implementation and reporting
• Define and develop business and product metrics to measure performance and identify opportunities
• Monitor key metrics and detect anomalies or trends that require attention
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify problem areas and uncover growth opportunities
• Write clean, efficient SQL and Python code to extract, transform, and analyze data
• Collaborate on implementing tracking events and properties to improve product analytics coverage
• Work with the CPO, Product Managers, Analysts, Product Designers, and Data Scientists to drive data-informed decisions

• 3+ Years of experience in analytics
• Strong understanding of A/B testing and statistics
• Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, report automation, dashboards, and data visualizations
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, visualization, and automation
• Experience with BI tools, especially Tableau; Power BI and Amplitude are also acceptable
• Deep understanding of metrics and ability to define them from scratch based on product logic
• Strong product thinking and ability to connect data insights with business goals
