product analyst for onboarding

• Derive actionable insights from data to inform product decisions and improve onboarding and account access for new and existing customers;
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers throughout the product development lifecycle to build and iterate product changes based on insights;
• Evaluate high-impact opportunities and identify, support, or advocate for better alternatives;
• Build automated data pipelines and dashboards to minimize repetitive tasks and enable data self-service;
• Define and report KPIs that measure meaningful progress and communicate results beyond the team;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for AI-driven automation and insight generation.

• Strong quantitative skills with hands-on data manipulation and analysis;
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with data pipelines;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions;
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau;
• Experience with Python or R;
• Ability to derive actionable insights from data to inform product decisions;
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to leverage AI tools and machine learning techniques to improve analytics outcomes and discover critical insights;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of the FinTech ecosystem, knowledge of the Fraud and Authentication space.
