product analyst for Multi-User Access

Wise is a global technology company that builds ways to move and manage money worldwide. Its Wise Business account helps small and medium-sized businesses manage their finances and focus on growth. The Business Account Management Team develops Multi-User Access, enabling customers to add team members, delegate tasks, and streamline business operations.

• Derive actionable insights from data to shape team strategy and inform product decisions
• Establish goals, define measurable KPIs, and communicate progress through compelling narratives
• Identify and evaluate high-impact opportunities, support or accelerate them, and advocate for better alternatives
• Deliver accurate, impactful, and timely analysis to support decision-making, improve A/B testing, and accelerate iteration
• Build automated data pipelines and dashboards to reduce repetitive work and enable data self-service
• Own complex cross-team projects that unblock critical product decisions, from controlling fraud and chargeback risk to setting product pricing models

• At least 5 years of experience in analytical roles and strong data analysis skills
• Expert SQL skills, including writing clear, performant, and reliable queries to transform large, complex datasets
• Experience building and owning automated data pipelines with tools such as DBT or Airflow
• Experience running A/B tests and analyzing results to inform product decisions
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, identify high-impact opportunities, prioritize requests, and adapt analysis scope to achieve 80/20 results
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create dashboards and visualizations that tell a story and provide diagnostic insights
• Strong stakeholder management skills, collaboration, and the ability to influence with data and prioritize impact
