product analyst for geodata and routing

inDrive operates a global mobility platform serving millions of people across more than 1,100 cities in 48 countries. The GEO Platform Team provides geodata, mapping, geocoding, and routing capabilities that support the platform ecosystem.

• Develop and monitor key product metrics, including geocoding accuracy, ETA, and route quality;
• Identify growth opportunities and propose new products or business directions based on data insights;
• Design, conduct, and interpret A/B tests by setting hypotheses, defining experiment conditions, analyzing results, and providing recommendations;
• Collaborate with Data Department teams to optimize data flows, ensure data accuracy and reliability, and improve BI solutions;
• Investigate significant deviations in key metrics and identify their underlying causes;
• Research user behavior on maps, analyze geodata, and identify routing bottlenecks;
• Provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations for long-term product and business planning and decision-making.

• 2+ Years of experience in product or data analytics and A/B testing;
• Strong analytical mindset with structured and critical thinking;
• Ability to balance resource investment with measurable business impact;
• Strong SQL skills, including work with large datasets, complex query optimization, and analytical data mart creation;
• Advanced Python proficiency and experience with data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and Scikit-learn;
• Experience designing and developing BI reports with Plotly, Redash, Tableau, or similar tools;
• Solid foundation in mathematics, statistics, and causal inference techniques;
• Ability to communicate technical insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders;
• Professional Working Proficiency in English;
• Nice to have: Previous experience with geodata, GIS, OpenStreetMap, or Google Maps.
