Yazio develops a nutrition app aimed at transforming the world through healthy eating.

• Lead a small team of analysts embedded in product squads
• Analyze Monetization tracking, experiments, conversion funnels, and reporting
• Set an example for how analytical work is done
• Define data quality tests for incoming, transformed, and reported data, and anomaly detection
• Move data quality responsibility upstream to the teams producing the data
• Own the path from raw event data to curated, ready-to-use datasets in the self-service BI tool
• Develop the strategy for how product managers and engineering managers use data in decision-making

• Experience as an analyst in a mobile product squad, including event tracking, funnel and user journey analysis, and experiments
• Experience managing analysts while remaining hands-on
• Strong experimentation experience, including A/B tests, bandits, quasi-experiments, and Bayesian and frequentist approaches
• Experience building a data quality regime
• Daily SQL skills, Python when needed, and experience using dbt for data transformation
• Ability to recommend next steps when presenting analysis to product managers, acknowledge incorrect data, and improve the process that produced it
• English is the company language
