Product Analyst

• Use analytics to answer questions about product usage to improve adoption and customer retention;
• Guide the Product Leadership Team in setting company-wide goals that inform and support long-term product strategy;
• Own the roadmap and data integrity of product reporting;
• Identify opportunities to build new dashboards and self-serve resources to increase data consumption and efficiency;
• Work cross-functionally with product managers, data engineers, and product engineers to deliver quality insights.

• 1+ Years of experience in an analytics role;
• Strong analytics skills with significant experience in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Looker, or Domo;
• Proven track record as a trusted business partner with experience working with stakeholders to clarify questions and prioritize tasks;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and functional requirements;
• Bachelor's degree in an analytical field such as statistics or computer science;
• Nice to have: Experience leveraging AI to make faster and smarter decisions.

• Office role with in-person collaboration required at least 3 days per week;
