Product Analyst

• Design, advise on, and analyze A/B tests end-to-end and consult teams on translating product hypotheses into rigorous experiments;
• Act as a strategic analytics partner to Product Managers by challenging assumptions and co-shaping roadmaps;
• Own tracking end-to-end, including writing specifications, implementing and QA event instrumentation, and ensuring data quality;
• Conduct exploratory analysis on user behavior to surface meaningful insights and integrate findings into the product development process;
• Define metrics frameworks and build self-service dashboards to equip product teams with tracking tools;
• Leverage AI tools in daily work to accelerate analysis, automate tasks, and build smart assistants.

• 5+ Years of experience as a product analyst, ideally in an e-commerce or marketplace environment;
• Deep expertise in experimentation, including A/B test design and identifying statistical pitfalls;
• Consultant’s mindset with the ability to translate ambiguous business problems into analytical frameworks;
• Hands-on experience with tracking implementation and QA, including event instrumentation;
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for analysis and experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau;
• Active use of AI in workflows as a productivity multiplier;
• Excellent communication skills in English;
• Nice to have: Experience influencing product decisions through data.
