Operations excellence manager

The IT company Andersen invites a Operations Excellence Manager to join the team. Andersen is a software development company that provides a full cycle of services. • Develop operational reporting for various business areas: sales, recruiting, staffing, delivery, HR, finance, and others.
• Analyze funnels, KPIs, team performance, budgets, and process efficiency.
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated analytics using AI tools.
• Collect and combine data from various systems (Salesforce, CRM, Jira, 1C, and other sources).
• Reconcile data, identify discrepancies, and find their root causes.
• Analyze processes end-to-end, identify bottlenecks, and develop improvement proposals.
• Measure the impact of changes through quality metrics, process speed, financial indicators, and resource efficiency.
• Automate routine tasks, reports, and regular data exports.
• Work with department heads to gather requirements and turn business requests into analytical solutions.
• Prepare clear conclusions and recommendations for management decisions.

• Experience in analytics, business operations, or business process management for at least 2 years.
• Experience working with data from multiple sources: cleaning, merging, deduplication, handling missing and inconsistent data.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, large datasets).
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in daily work.
• Knowledge of methods for gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business requirements.
• Experience in business process modeling and analysis.
• Ability to quickly get up to speed in new domains and understand how processes work.
• Ability to find the root causes of problems, not just their symptoms.
• A track record of analytics that led to real business decisions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present results to stakeholders at different levels.
• English at Intermediate level or higher.
