IT business analyst for mortgage processes

You will join a team responsible for creating a new mortgage process that has a real impact on customer experience and the development of key business solutions. The team consists of a dozen or so people and brings together specialists with different skills: business analysts, systems analysts, developers, and testers, who work together to design and develop modern solutions.

• You analyze business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
• You conduct AS-IS and TO-BE business process analyses and recommend optimal solutions.
• You elicit, document, and manage business and system requirements.
• You decompose large business initiatives and Epics into Features and User Stories.
• You create and maintain analytical and technical documentation.
• You model business processes, data structures, and information flows between systems.
• You analyze dependencies between applications, business domains, and IT architecture components.
• You work with Product Owners, architects, development teams, and business stakeholders to define solutions.

• You have experience in technical or systems analysis.
• You can translate business needs into IT solutions.
• You create clear analytical and technical documentation.
• You understand application architecture and dependencies between systems.
• You have practical knowledge of UML and BPMN and modeling tools.
• You know relational databases and SQL well enough to analyze data independently.
• You have experience working with system integrations and APIs, especially REST, OpenAPI, and SOAP.
• You know Agile/Scrum methodologies and understand the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• You can work effectively with business teams and IT teams.
• You stand out for your communication, analytical, and facilitation skills.
