IT business analyst

• Analyze clients’ business and technical requirements and act as the interface between business units and IT
• Elicit, structure, and document requirements, translating business needs into concrete requirements and implementation concepts for IT solutions
• Collaborate with Product Owners, project leads, development teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring structured communication
• Support clients in advancing their digital solutions and contribute ideas for process optimization and digitalization

• Completed degree, for example in business informatics, computer science, economics, public administration, or a comparable qualification
• Approximately 2–5 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience analyzing, structuring, and documenting business and/or technical requirements
• Familiarity with common Requirements Engineering tools and methods
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
• German proficiency of at least C1
