• Track game market trends across Europe and the broader Western market, producing regular reports on genre trends, the competitive landscape, and industry developments
• Support investment evaluation of overseas game projects through market-level competitive analysis and commercial viability assessments of target titles and studios
• Monitor and analyze key game products, delivering structured product observations and market insights
• Participate in industry events and trade shows, synthesizing findings into comprehensive event and market reports
• Help build and maintain market intelligence assets, ensuring systematic data accumulation and continuous updates

• 3–5 Years of relevant experience
• Background in finance, consulting, market research, or investment analysis
• Solid understanding of the European and North American gaming markets
• Familiarity with mainstream market data platforms and analytical tools
• Strong structured thinking and report-writing skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
• Genuine passion for games and extensive play experience, with the ability to form independent judgments on product quality and market reception
• English as the primary working language
