Financial Analyst financial systems

The company provides IT services and IT consulting. The role bridges Finance and FP&A teams with IT and Data teams to improve financial systems, data accuracy, reporting, and business processes.

• Support and configure financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting systems;
• Work with ERP and Data teams to integrate and automate financial data flows;
• Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities;
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy;
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualisations;
• Support Finance users and provide system training;
• Create and maintain system documentation and user guides;
• Work closely with Finance leaders and business stakeholders to understand requirements;
• Translate business requirements into effective technical and system solutions;
• Support continuous improvement of financial systems and reporting processes.

• Proven experience working with financial planning systems, databases, and reporting tools;
• Experience with BI360, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI solutions;
• Good understanding of corporate finance and accounting processes;
• Experience with financial data analysis, validation, and reconciliation;
• Understanding of ERP and financial data integration;
• Strong reporting and dashboard development experience;
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to work effectively with both Finance and technical teams;
• Ability to work with EST timezone overlap until 12:00 PM EST;
• Must be based in Europe.
