Lago supports operational reporting across the supply chain by maintaining data accuracy and integrity. Its teams collaborate across operations, inventory, and IT/systems to resolve discrepancies and implement lasting fixes.

• Perform deep-dive root-cause analysis of operational report discrepancies across Purchase Order Validations, Build Validations, Inbound vs. Outbound Validations, and Item Receipt Validations;
• Continuously monitor error logs and maintain up-to-date tracking in Asana;
• Log daily summaries detailing unresolved error counts, absolute error rates, investigative findings, root causes, and operational or technical blockers;
• Identify, document, and escalate system flagging errors, including false positives and false negatives;
• Collaborate with operations, inventory, and IT/systems teams to resolve systemic data bugs and implement long-term fixes;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 2+ Years of experience in inventory control, supply chain operations, data auditing, or systems reconciliation;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex data issues to their root cause;
• Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and Asana;
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to communicating findings and blockers;
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across operations, inventory, and IT/systems teams.

• $1,600 - $2,560 ($10 - $16 Per hour) - Negotiable based on experience;
• Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM PST;
