• Analyze datasets using SQL, PowerQuery or Python to identify insights, trends, and solutions to business challenges;
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and adapt insights into actionable solutions;
• Plan and participate in developing and implementing data automation processes to improve operational efficiency;
• Ensure data accuracy and quality through organized validation processes and adherence to data governance principles;
• Monitor industry trends and recommend improvements to the data analytics process.

• 2 Years of experience as a Data Analyst;
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent working experience;
• Proficiency in English;
• Nice to have: experience with textual data analysis, experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, or legacy data systems, proficiency in Japanese.
