• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine key performance indicators necessary for monitoring compliance and risk for our IT systems, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
• Establish clear ownership for each KPI and actively follow up with accountable stakeholders when targets or SLAs are missed. Ensure root causes are investigated, corrective actions are agreed and completed, and unresolved issues are escalated appropriately.
• Utilise data to identify opportunities for enhancing compliance processes, mitigating risks, and driving higher efficiency throughout the organisation.
• Develop, optimise, and maintain data pipelines using Python, REST APIs, DBT, and Airflow to ensure seamless data flow for compliance and risk management.

• Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive data-based decision-making.
• Excellent ability to build trust and influence across various teams, conveying complex concepts clearly to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Proactively identifies and implements solutions to improve data processes and analytics.
• 2+ years of experience in analytics
• Proficient in SQL and familiar with data visualisation tools such as Looker, Superset, PowerBI, or Tableau.
• Experienced in working with tools like DBT and Airflow for ETL processes.
• Skilled in using REST APIs to develop and manage data integrations.
