• Develop and enhance the FP&A reporting stack, including Looker, AI-based apps, and underlying data sources;
• Translate business questions into robust dashboards and self-service analytics for retail management and logistics stakeholders in collaboration with finance business partners;
• Maintain and further develop data models and process flows in the Pigment enterprise planning solution;
• Bridge and reconcile data across Microsoft Dynamics, Pigment, and Looker to support a harmonized KPI framework;
• Build structured and reliable reporting layers to reduce reliance on Excel;
• Act as a key interface between Finance, Data, and Engineering teams.

• 4–6 Years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Data Analytics;
• Strong interest in data, systems, and process improvement;
• Hands-on experience with BI tools, ideally Looker;
• Experience with enterprise planning software such as Pigment, Anaplan, or Workday Adaptive Planning;
• Proven ability to work with data models and process automation;
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data quality;
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, business-relevant insights;
• Nice to have: Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, and/or STEM.
