• Partner with UA and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide actionable insights through analytical support
• Design intuitive dashboards and automated reports that provide decision-makers with clear, reliable data
• Explore datasets to uncover trends across ad revenue, player acquisition, and overall game portfolio health
• Improve existing processes and propose efficient ways to work with data, including automated workflows and modern AI-assisted tools
• Identify data quality issues early and ensure shared reporting remains accurate, dependable, and trustworthy

• Experience working as an analyst in a data-rich setting
• A degree in a quantitative subject, such as Statistics or Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience gained through work or self-study
• Solid SQL experience, including writing, debugging, and verifying complex queries
• Experience using Python or R to streamline analysis, build models, and automate routine tasks
• Practical understanding of quantitative modeling, cohort analysis, and LTV forecasting
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Enthusiasm for mobile games and a supportive, team-first approach to problem-solving
