• Explore and identify optimal logistics payment structures to maximize global rider engagement;
• Redesign the courier payment framework to improve key operational metrics by modeling factors such as vehicle type, distance, weight, and peak-hour availability;
• Analyze massive datasets to identify trends, drivers, and optimization opportunities;
• Own the experimentation process by designing, running, and analyzing A/B and switchback tests;
• Monitor strategy performance, track KPIs, assess change effectiveness, and make data-driven adjustments;
• Address local and regional needs by understanding riders’ perspectives.

• Degree in Engineering, Maths, or another STEM field;
• 2+ Years of experience in a data analytics role translating insights into business actions and measuring their impact;
• Advanced SQL for complex querying and data extraction;
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and data orchestration;
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Ability to break down ambiguous, complex problems into manageable steps and drive toward clear solutions;
• Ability to explain complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Fluent English;
• Organized, takes ownership of work, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment;
• Nice to have: experience designing and/or analyzing A/B tests or other statistical testing methodologies to measure impact.
