• Collect, analyse and interpret data from multiple sources to support business decision-making;
• Build, maintain and improve reports, dashboards and visualisations using modern BI tools;
• Support the development and maintenance of data models and reporting frameworks;
• Assist in identifying trends, patterns, risks and growth opportunities within business data;
• Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements;
• Support analytics activities related to new products, partners and business initiatives;
• Monitor key business metrics and help identify process and performance improvement opportunities;
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and quality across reporting solutions;
• Prepare clear analyses and present findings to business stakeholders;
• Create and maintain documentation for reports, dashboards and data processes;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting efficiency and data accessibility;
• Continuously develop analytical skills and contribute ideas for improving reporting and analytics capabilities;
• Follow data privacy, security and governance standards in all analytical activities.

• Bachelor's degree or final-year student in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field;
• Fluency in both English and Polish, written and spoken;
• Up to 2 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence or a related field, including internships or academic projects;
• Ability to analyse data and draw meaningful conclusions;
• Good knowledge of SQL and willingness to further develop advanced querying skills;
• Experience working with Python for data analysis;
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau;
• Understanding of reporting principles and analytical best practices;
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment;
• Nice to have: Experience with Databricks or other cloud-based data platforms, knowledge of data modelling concepts, familiarity with KPI reporting and performance measurement, experience in insurance, fintech, financial services or another data-driven industry.
