Angove Partners has partnered with a newly established MGA backed by a major private-equity platform to launch its first European Transactional Risk offering. The challenger business is being built from scratch with significant financial backing.

• Develop project plans with detailed schedules, resource allocations, and milestones for the data system build;
• Gather data from multiple sources and clean and structure it for analysis;
• Apply statistical methods, predictive modelling, and visualization techniques to extract insights;
• Build dashboards, charts, and executive summaries to communicate findings and track project performance;
• Track timelines, budgets, and resource utilization, adjusting plans as needed to ensure project success;
• Audit workflows, standardize templates, and implement automation to reduce manual reporting.

• Recent graduate or up to 2 years’ experience in a data or analytics role;
• Strong Excel skills and experience building and maintaining structured datasets;
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and structuring data;
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar;
• Ability to communicate clearly and translate between technical and non-technical teams;
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ground-floor start-up environment with significant ambiguity;
• Nice to have: Exposure to or interest in AI tools, experience in insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry, additional language skills relevant to Benelux/DACH markets.
