• Formulate recommendations for strategic and tactical decisions and present findings clearly
• Prepare management and executive-level reports and dashboards based on statistical and analytical results

• Advanced SQL and strong data analysis skills
• Strong BI, dashboarding, and data visualization capabilities
• Deep understanding of insurance metrics such as premiums, claims, loss ratios, churn, and profitability
• Knowledge of statistics, forecasting, and KPI design frameworks
• Ability to turn analysis into clear executive-level insights and recommendations
• Understanding of data governance, metric catalogs, and data security concepts
• Strong analytical storytelling, business communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Result-oriented mindset, agility, team-building, management, and coordination skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• Over 4 years of experience in business analytics, financial analytics, strategy analytics, BI, or management reporting
• Azerbaijani and English language skills
