PersonalInvest is an international iGaming project with a CRM vertical focused on campaigns, retention, segmentation, customer communications, and bonus mechanics.

• Lead and mentor a team of 2 CRM Analysts through task distribution, quality review, and professional development;
• Deliver actionable insights to the CRM department for campaign, retention, and lifecycle decisions;
• Analyze CRM activities and performance, including campaigns, communications, client segmentation, retention flows, and bonus mechanics;
• Help the CRM team adopt data-driven decision-making across bonus mechanics, communication cadence, and client targeting;
• Design and interpret dashboards to track CRM KPIs for stakeholders;
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Risk teams on cross-functional CRM initiatives;
• Ensure data quality and consistency in CRM-related tracking and reporting.

• 5+ Years of overall experience in analytics;
• Hands-on analytics experience in iGaming;
• Proven experience in CRM analytics, including campaigns, client segmentation, communication performance, retention, and bonus mechanics;
• 1+ Year of team management experience;
• Strong SQL skills;
• Experience with Python and analytical libraries such as pandas and numpy;
• Ability to structure ambiguous business questions into clear analytical tasks;
• Strong communication skills and ability to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Fluent Russian;
• English B2+;
• Nice to have: experience building dashboards in Tableau or Power BI, familiarity with CRM systems and their data structures.

• Just refi bonus: $400;

• For Minsk-based candidates, hybrid work is required during onboarding, with the option to switch to remote afterwards;
