• Collect and consolidate data from internal databases, third-party tools, APIs, and surveys;
• Clean and process fragmented, incorrect, or faulty data;
• Perform statistical analysis and identify trends and relationships to support business decisions;
• Create and improve analytical models, including predictive and regression models;
• Develop data reports and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and other tools;
• Monitor KPIs and continuously update dashboards, visualizations, and reports;
• Share analytical insights with stakeholders and support the development of recommendations;
• Support marketing, finance, operations, and other business groups in strategic analytical decision-making;
• Analyze business needs and find relevant data;
• Manage projects and ensure their timely completion;
• Create predictive models based on current data and assess their impact on strategic goals;
• Conduct what-if analyses for different scenarios;
• Automate workflows using scripts such as Python and R;
• Optimize data flows and improve systems using existing platforms and other technologies;
• Continuously monitor data accuracy and reliability;
• Document procedures to ensure transparency and consistency in data processing;
• Follow data protection and confidentiality policies;
• Evaluate new tools and technologies and implement innovative solutions;
• Continue learning and developing to keep pace with the evolving analytical environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, business analytics, or a related field;
• 2+ Years of analytical work experience, especially in data or business analytics;
• Experience in data cleaning, modeling, and statistical analysis;
• Deep knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, functions, and formulas;
• Knowledge of SQL queries, joins, and data synthesis;
• Experience using Python, R, or other analytical programming languages;
• Experience creating reports and visualizations in Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms;
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and modeling;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• High sense of responsibility and attention to detail;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and across multiple projects;
• Nice to have: experience with large databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake, deep knowledge of classical or modern statistical methods, awareness of analytical platforms and data management, Google Data Analytics or Microsoft Certified Data Analyst training or certifications.
