Wargaming develops the World of Warships franchise, including World of Warships, World of Warships: Legends, and World of Warships: Blitz. The team analyzes gameplay, game balance, economy, and financial data to support product decisions and improve data processes.

• Work with gameplay development stakeholders to transform business requirements into BI and research reports for senior management and product teams globally;
• Identify development team needs and growth opportunities, and determine which data can improve decision-making;
• Define formats and provide decision-support outputs, including dashboards and ad hoc reports;
• Determine key metrics for new functionality and define tracking strategies;
• Consult users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues when necessary;
• Produce datasets and reports for analysis using various system reporting tools when necessary.

• 3+ Years of experience in a similar position;
• Broad gaming background and experience as a player;
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries;
• Data visualization skills and proficiency with BI instruments, including Tableau;
• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge;
• Knowledge of popular Python libraries for data processing and analysis;
• Experience working with DWH and an overall understanding of DWH design and operations;
• Written and spoken English at B2 level or higher;
• Nice to have: 2+ years of experience in game development and understanding of game production processes and needs, experience with Wargaming games, understanding of multiplatform game analysis basics across PC, mobile, and console.
