• Work with gameplay development teams and stakeholders to transform business requirements into BI and research reports;
• Identify development team needs and growth opportunities, and determine how data can improve decision-making;
• Define formats for decision-support outputs, including dashboards and ad hoc reports;
• Determine key metrics for new functionality and define tracking strategies;
• Consult users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues when necessary;
• Produce datasets and reports for analysis using various reporting tools when necessary.

• 3+ Years of experience in a similar position;
• Broad gaming background and experience as a player;
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries;
• Data visualization skills and proficiency with BI tools, especially Tableau;
• Good knowledge of mathematics and statistics;
• Knowledge of Python libraries for data processing and analysis;
• Experience working with DWH and understanding of DWH design and operations;
• Written and spoken English at B2 level or higher;
• Nice to have: 2+ years of game development experience, understanding of game production processes and needs, experience with Wargaming games, understanding of multiplatform game analysis across PC, mobile, and console.
